We ship parts throughout Brazil and Latin America through third-party carriers.
Shipping is FOB, that is, at the customer's expense.
They are delivered according to the deadline established at the time of purchase.
To track the order, the invoice and collection number information are sent.
IMPORTANT: In cases of force majeure, such as a carrier strike without prior notice, natural disasters, major accidents or other episodes that prevent delivery from being carried out, the expected deadline cannot be met. Staying at Trees & Co exempts from responsibility in these cases.

Trees & Co is not responsible for: absent customer, incorrect registration data, refusal by the customer or employees at residential and commercial addresses, change of address, closed commercial addresses and risk areas. The customer will be responsible for losses, damages caused by unjustified refusal of delivery and delivery to third parties at the indicated address.

- If you choose to exchange or return your product, you must do so within 07 (seven) days, in accordance with art.49 of the Consumer Protection Code, from receipt and the product must be without signs of misuse and kept in original packaging.
- It must be returned, properly packaged and made available at the same delivery address, ready for collection from the carrier.
- We emphasize that the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and not Trees & Company, and payment must be proven prior to product collection.
- For the return process, it is necessary to contact our After Sales team (11 5181-9870), requesting the process with due justification.
